Your registration is not complete until you have paid your deposit. All deposits must be made by credit card, debit card, or bank draft, by using the on-line pay site: Paypal

 

The decision to make the deposit by Paypal, is to establish team rosters as soon as possible.

 

Please make sure that you make this payment within 48 hours of your conformation that you have made a team roster.

 

Deposits for youth teams: U10-U14: $100.00 per player Deposits for high school teams: U15-U18: $400.00 per player

 

Directions for making the deposit:

 

1) Go to Paypal.com and set up a Paypal account

   (those of you that buy things on Ebay already have one)

   (if you do not have one, it will take about 10 minutes to set up)

2) After you set up your account, click the send money tab

3) Recipient's email will be: teamdayton@prodigy.net

4) Amount: (fill in the amount that you are sending)

5) Category of Purchase: (click goods)

 

Once the money is sent, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal and the Team Dayton/DSA Treasurer that your payment has been received.

 

2nd Payment is due on July 15.

3rd and final payment is due on August 15.

Uniform payment is due when they are ready for pick up, your team manager will advise you of this date.

 

For the final two payments you can choose to pay by Paypal or check, if by check, mail payments to:

After your deposit is made, the Club Treasurer will send you email reminders for your remaining payments.
